Hi

I created website www.studiodart.co.za with Coolmart template

How / what can I configure  on product display http://www.studiodart.co.za/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_manufacturer_id=19&Itemid=671

Can I get New and Sale labels down on bottom part of product details

Can I display manufacturer name instead of logo / picture of manufacturer?

As GJC says, you have commercial template using overrides for VirtueMart's standard output, so it is that commercial template code that has to be edited, and extra code added. See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=108212.0
