e-mail confirmation extra file and pdf creation with background

Hi,

I´m using VM 2.6.6, J2.5.2, PHP5.3 and I

1. want to add an extra file to the confirmation e-mail (invoice plus extra file). Does anyone know, how I can do this?
2. want to add our letter paper as background. It has a waterproof/sign all over the writing area. All my previous tries failed. Does anyone know, how I can do this?
