Not display choose type of delivery and choose paiement on cart

Hello I need to know if its possible not display on cart "choose the type of delivery" and "choose paiement" on the first page , in fact we have only to accept condition and then I have the page of delivery, then the page of paiement and finally he page of all the detail from cart with the name of delivery that I ve chose and nae of the paiemnt ?

It is pretty straightforward to hide the payment and delivery options until certain elements have been completed

e.g. hide the delivery detail until an address has been entered by adding a test for the population of certain data
