[SOLVED]Show Cart > Missing fields errors

If I view a product, select the quantity then select show cart in the small pop up I get a large image with the following errors:

Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_FIRST_NAME
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_LAST_NAME
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_ADDRESS_1
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_ZIP
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_CITY
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_COUNTRY
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_STATE
Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_PHONE

Solved by toggling fancybox on/off/on (clearing caches)

I also have this problem. Using J 2.5.20 on Virtueplanet.
VM: 2.6.6
php: 5.4.28

Getting this error: Missing value for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_STATE

And others tell me this error: check failed: ST has no name

Any ideas?
