Internal Server Error with product that have custom fields

We are running Joomla 2.5.18 with the latest version of Virtuemart 2.6.4. Recently, products with custom fields have started generating a 500 error in Checkout.

Here is one product that does it: http://www.cascobaysports.com/component/virtuemart/sunday-basketball-team-deposit-detail?Itemid=0
(don't worry you won't have to enter your card info to get error.)

Other products that do no have custom fields work fine. Here is an example of the log output for a product with the problem.  It seems like it might be something in the customPlugin.  Please help!

I ended up going back to VM 2.0.22c 

I know this is not ideal, but it's working.
