Add new button ask price and link on product detail

Hello I'm with VM2022a

For no register customer :
I need to know how can I add new button name "ask price" on product detail (under add to cart for sample) then this button link to the module registrer a new account ?

I upgraded to VM 264
But I can't find the button "ask price" that link directly to register account...?

works here - set Allow non logged-in to send a recommendation or ask a question to not checked
when they click on an ask button a modal comes up asking them to login or register
