Problem on Order Mail confirmation

Hi,
my current configuration is:
VM: 3.0.12
Joomla: 3.4.1
PHP: 5.5.30
MySql DB: 5.5.47

I've the following problem, I'm using a custom fields (type custofieldsforall) and each of them is a list of color button.
They are seleted in a correct way but when the order confirmation mail is sent both to the vendor an to the shopper, the fiel label is prited but non the corresponding selected color

If I see the pdf invoice document the color value is printed.

That's  happen only with this kind of  custom field

How can i solve the problem? It ìs very urgent
