Is there a way to export/import orders to new site?

I'm upgrading my virtuemart store to another site and wanted to keep all my order information.  Is there a way to preserve all my orders and import them into the new store?

do you mean from the same VM to the same VM (i.e. VM2 to VM2?)

I assume just copy all the relavent tables across  - anything with jos_virtuemart_order_XXX and jos_virtuemart_orders

From VM2 to VM2... where do I copy these tables from and to?  I've never done it before..
