Coupon used and relative email

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there is VirtueMart extension (possibly free) that can handle email for specific coupon. I need a tool that send an email to a specific subject, everytime a coupon is used for a purchase. For example when a customer buys the product "jeans" using the coupon "x", I need something that inform my partner "x" that his coupon has been used.
