Need some help please

On the Shop Frontpage & Category detail Pages - how do I remove these elements -

Shopfront Example
Category Example

a. shipping included
b. product details
c. Add to Cart

My client only wants the price and the product picture and if possible just tick boxes to select a bunch of them and then add them to the cart all at once? The process is actually like this

1.  Select the product(s) - The relevant PICTURES the client are interested in
2.  Add to cart
3. Select Type of Signage ... i.e. Sign Printed on Canvas (2 x sizes or custom Size), Sign on Chromadeck (2 x sizes or custom Size), Sign printed on  a Dustbin and Sign on printed on a Light or combination thereof?

Lastly how do I get the thumbnails uniform in size, I have set it to 120x120 in the config is there another setting that I am missing?
