in-Stock for Custom Fields' Cart Variants

I have Cart Variants setup for different sizes of a Shirt - XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL

I do NOT see any stock options for all these values. What happens if one of the sizes run out?

How should i make sure that each size gets auto-disabled when that particular size runs out of stock.
