Link other product in custom field

Hi,

I would like to link to another product within a custom field. Lets say I am selling a phone model 770 which is not available any more however offer the newer model 780. I would like to set a picture in a custom field with the price (should be updated automatically) and the title to the newer model. Of course I could set it up manualy however then the price and title would not be updated.
