Edit Custom Fields in Cart and View Abandoned Carts

Hi

I've been looking for a couple of solutions but can't really find anything that fits...

1.  I'd like people to be able to edit custom fields in the cart.  At the moment, if they change their mind, they have to remove the product and add it in from scratch.  For my site, this is a bit of a pain for them.

2.  I'm getting a lot of people add a product to their cart and then go no further and I'd like to get an idea what might be putting them off.  I have a plugin called ExtraWatch which means that I can see the route that individual users are taking very easily.  It seems that on my site a lot of Mac users are adding products and then bailing out.  I know that on an iPad, with another plugin (Custom Fields For All), the user has to tap the option that they want twice for it to be selected.  If they don't spot this they will end up with a default product in their cart and I'm wondering if this is putting them off.

If anyone knows anything that would help then I'd love to hear.

Regards
Andy
