Main megamenu not dropping down

Hello,

I have had someone go into my site administrator section to do some troubleshooting for me. After they finished, the main menu does not drop down any longer.

I am trying to rectify this. It was working fine yesterday. I am going through the check list of things, and everything seems ok.

in the template, it is set up with Megamenu. in the modules, the menu module is set to display sub-levels. (I don't fully understand the relationship between the template menu selection and the module menu selection, but, it works. or it did.

what else can i check please in order to make the main megamenu drop down as it should?
