Info message on top of cart after upgrade from VM2.0.26 to VM2.0.26a

After upgrade from VM2.0.26 to VM2.0.26a I get a blue info message on top of the cart "Help" and "Please accept terms of service to confirm".
Is there any solution for this issue, because on the forum I saw it happens also with older versions off VM?

In the attachment you can see a preview, the message is in Dutch but it means the same.
