Issues with one page checkout and issues with Offline Credit Card processing..

Hi folks. Have some major bugs on my website during the checkout process.

1. I can't take off 'one-page-checkout'. When I untick it in config, it still persists to show. I have cleared global cache.

2. The Offline Credit Card plugin I bought (cost me $50!) Doesn't even work. During Checkout process (one page checkout) I get this error: "Error: Selecting Payment Method". This is the reason I wanted to take off one page checkout, to see if it would fix that, but I can't even disable it.
