No categories view in fresh installation 2.024a , 2.024b

I have installed a shop for my customer about a year ago and everything was OK , during instalation folder views/categories was created and I was able to add position cateogories in menu. Now I am making new shop and this view is not installed ! Also when I copy it from other intallation it does not work
