Shopping basket not working on some Internet Explorers ?

I made a shop with virtuemart 2. It was upgraded to the latest version.

The shop is not yet active.

I noticed that the shopping basket was not working on a PC with Win8 and Internet explorer.

The symptoms are: When adding articles to the shopping basket, the shopping basket still indicates 0 articles.
At home, I tested with Win8 with IE, Chrome and Firfox.
Also tried with other PC's and different file browsers.
Articles were put normally in the shopping basket.

Today i noticed the problem again on a PC with Win7 and Internet Explorer. I cleared the cookies and history, but this did not help.
I tried Chrome on the same PC and the the shopping basket works as it should.

Has anyone seen a problem like this before ?

Are you using any template ? Is it happening too with default joomla template ?

It is most likely a JavaScript issue affecting IE, so use IE's inbuilt developer tools to debug:  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/gg699336%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I use the template: Shape5_vertex

So far, I was unable to reproduce the problem.
I will try to get the computer on which the problem was seen.

The shop is located on: www.shop.vdm-security.be
This shop works but is not used yet

I just looked with IE10 on Win7 and the cart works OK. Very slow, though.
