VM not getting emails

We are not getting emails ,no client recieve email nor admin, once the order is confirmed or even from ask a quesiton.

We had check configuration in 'Checkout'  and added the email to send on confirm.

Also, tested that the status is 1 , in vmusers table for both.

Also, tried to change the theme and then test the ask a qeusiton but it give error 'Please specify atleast one email address' but when we are using current theme we did not recieve any error .

Not sure what to do, every thing works except that ask a question and not getting email on confirmation of order

Any help what can we do.

Can it be error of theme, the vm is latest

Also tested to change the PHP server with SMTP, But no luck, what can be wrong

Yes, we had previously found some java scripts error on theme and the developer give us update of the theme then its work fine so can it be a theme bug?

Or We had install RSfirewall can it be a problem or any other extension

Does VM Vendor have specified email?
