When we add new user or register, then we got error

JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 1
You must provide at least one recipient email address.
Registration Completed!

What that and how to solve this?

Probably you are using a Quick Start package of some template which is creating the problem. Contact your template developer and they will help you to resolve this problem.
