Not sure what (or how) my client has done, but when I log into her backend and go to Virtuemart, her dashboard is blank.
But when I log in as administrator, everthing appears 100%.

See attached image of what I see on her login details. Any ideas?

Correct. Client is Admin not super admin.
It was working previously. She doesn't know what button she pressed but the icons etc disappeared.

How can we get it back?

Check Joomla User Manager. Edit User Role there.

I don't particularly want her to have full admin rights in case something gets messed up.
Surely if it was working previously and now it's not, there should be a way to reinstate the dashboard without giving her super admin

Is she still set as Vendor?

Hey, I'd like to report the same.

My client is admin and vendor (checked).
It must have happened after updating to VM2.0.22b. Before (=< 2.0.22a) it wasn't an issue.

We use Joomla! 2.5.14 and VM 2.0.22b.

Hi Jenkinhill,
How would I check if she is still a vendor?
I went into the "shoppers" and ticked the box next to her name, and clicked on the "vendor" button, but nothing changed.
Could I PM you the login details to check out for me please?

CreativeDesigns

Hi All,
I've managed to resolve this issue.
I found the shopper user list. I clicked on her name (to edit), selected "permissions" (top right)..
In each of the tabs, I clicked on "Administrator" and set the actions to "allowed", whereas before they were all set to "inherited".
This has fixed the problem I had, but heaven alone knows how she managed to turn those settings off in the first place.

ACL issues can be a pain. Just to cheer you up, the adding of ACL control over individual VM backend functions has started.  Something else to misconfigure....

AIAIAIIAIAIAIAIAIAIAII!!!!
I think I might hurt someone ! lol!

Anyways, I ended up charging the client to fix her mess, so it wasn't a complete waste.
Now that I know that sort of stuff can change, might make it easier to troubleshoot the next time something goes wonky!

Thank you again for your help!
