Manage products from front-end?

Hello, Is there a way how products can be managed (add, edit, delete) from the front-end? I do not like to give back-end access to those who manage the content of the website only and therefore I am searching for a solution that would allow such users to manage products from the front-end.

Does this come out of the box? or maybe there is an extension?

Frontend editing is possible. If you're logged in, there is a edit icon on the top of your product. (like joomla standard frontend editing)
