Minimum order in shopper group?

Hello
is there any way that I can have a minimum order in a shopper group? For example if the user is in default group he can buy anything he wants but if the user is in wholeshale group he can place his order only if it is over 600,00 €.

This feature is needed for most wholesale shopper groups. Is there anyway it can be accomplished? Is there a 3rd party extension to add this functionality? I can't find any mention of it except for a few unanswered questions on the forum like this one.

There're some related to shopper groups 3rd party custom VM extensions. So it's possible to contact with developers that are experienced in working with groups stuff.
