Already registered mail no demolition

Hi,

I'd get a question, unfortunately I could not find anything to. When I put a produckt to the cart and then go to the order, I have to enter my data. If I create a new user here but investing an email address that is already in the system, an error message is issued. However, the system does not stop but goes in the ordering process to the e-mail on. As soon as I press then pay an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail with the order that I made.

Anyone ever had this problem? Does anyone know how could I fix it?
