Ask question button does not popup

Hi guys,

I have problem with the "ask question" button on vm2.0. When I click it, it doesn't popup, instead it opens on the same page, and look really bad. I have tested it on both Chrome and Firefox, none works. Also, when I received it to my target email, the content email look really messy with some codes: (see below)


My questions:
1) How to enable the popup?
2) How to get rid of the messy code

3) Which files control the appearance of the button code? I wanna modify the color of the button also

I am using Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.0.20b

1) Without link it's not simply to help.
2) It could be problem with out-dated webmail client on your shared hosting.

IF emails from web shop are looking good in Gmail that everything is ok.
IF not then post here screen shoot "Email is ugly in gmail", please.

3) Aren't you use special tool for browsers to make this research yourself? Read sticked thread or check FAQ in this forum section to know more.
