Virtuemart 2. Help with payment and delivery

Hello,

This is my first time posting in the virtuemart forum I hope I can get the support i'm looking for.

I recently just installed virtuemart with the plugin "product builder" from breakdesigns to my clients demo site which is:  http://www.arcadiacupcake.com/demo/index.php/order2/pbproduct/regular-cupcake-custom-product

-I'm having trouble with the steps that come after putting the products in the shopping cart and could really use some assistance. Shopping cart link: http://www.arcadiacupcake.com/demo/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart

After the registration form is where I'm really having trouble...
        I can't display when the customer wants their product delivered. Nothing will be shipped, only delivered in the local area.
        Also, I can get the whole payment thing to work when they're finally ready to checkout.

can someone please help me out? this is my first time using virtuemart and I can really use some assistance
