Tax Added On Even after Tax rates have been deleted VM2.0.6

Hi there

I just purchased a template of monster templates and have installed it with all the sample data.

For some reason when I add a new product it changes the base price and the final price by adding tax on to it.

I have deleted all the tax rules so I have no idea where it is grabbing this information from?

Any have any idea what might be causing this?
