Looking for Coupon for purchaser that have a running time for 1 year

a purchaser bought a coupon (10% discount for all products) he can use this for  1 year.
If purchaser  bought this he should use this immediately. i know it gives many coupon extantions for vm here:

but i cant found one.
cuz i dont understand description like: (Create a certificate for any amount, and assign it to an existing VM Product)
i need a discount in %
and i dont ineed a assignment to products. it shoud works with all products.
