BUG with Custom fields stock control.

Hope I will get some answer this time and will not be ignored again.

I will describe problem one more time here.
I have already checked it on new installation on Joomla 2.5.9 and VM 2.0.20b with sample data. The bug is still there.

I will try to give all details for you to check, that it really does not work:
1) Create new custom field 'Plug-ins' - 'Stockable variant'. Add few values.
2) In Configuration in part 'Action when a Product is Out of Stock' choose 'Displays 'Notify Me' instead of 'Add To Cart' button'
3) Create product.
4) Create 2 childs to it.
5) Set 'In stock' of childs to 1.
6) Now try to order 1 item of child product.
7) Then return to product and order 1 item of same child again.
What happend? Yes, you have added same item again to cart (already twice), while there are only one item shall be available.

Similar problem appears with custom field 'Plug-ins' - 'Product specification'.


Can you help me with this issue? Is it really a bug or maybe I am doing smth wrong?

Strange, I thought, that "Virtuemart 2 Development and bug reports" forum was made to collect bugs from users of VM and fix them.
For the moment I have posted few threads with that issue and sent personal message to Milbo. No reaction...

With such "great" support, I think I won't use VM on any of my next projects, which is really very dissapointing(

And back to your problem (gentle why I answering this? cause I am idiot). If you would have read the threads you are listing, you would know that there is atm NO SOLUTION! There will be a solution for vm2.2.

and really,... the inventory of vm2 is measuring by thumb. Every pro knows that vm2 is atm not suitable for exact counting. So thanks for abusing my time. Thanks for stealing the time to solve bugs, yes.
