Modifying "Ask question about this product"?

Hi,
is it me or there is no back-end where I can modify the layout of the Ask question option? I need t change the setting of minimum characters, the formatting of the sentences, the format of the mail that is sent. Where can I do that?

Places to start:
...\components\com_virtuemart\assets\css\vmsite-ltr.css
...\components\com_virtuemart\views\askquestion\tmpl\form.php
and Configuration > Shopfront tab of course.

For changes you should use 'template overrides', so that your changes will not be overwritten with the next VM update.
