Change the user registration page

Hi I need some help in applying some new styles and change some values of the user registration page http://www.ahealthcare.gr/component/users/?view=registration. Can someone tell me where it is located?

you are right, but how can I change  the text values?  For example it says [ Όνομα Χρήστη: *] and I want to make it [ Όνομα Χρήστη: ***] Also how can I change the values of this page? http://www.ahealthcare.gr/eshop/%CE%BF%CE%BB%CE%B1-%CF%84%CE%B1-%CF%80%CF%81%CE%BF%CE%B9%CF%8C%CE%BD%CF%84%CE%B1/cart  Any ideas?
