Setting up calculation rule

Greetings,

hopefulley someone can help me.

Basically I want a Expedition charge applied, BUT ONLY on one special product group.

PrdgrpA (Merchandise, (physical product))
PrdgrpB (Other, (physical product))
PrdgrpC (Workshop, not a physical product)

So what I want is if the pick products in PrdgrpA and prdgrpB NO expedition charge should be applied. If several products are choosen (workshops) in group PrdgrpC then ONE expedition charge should be applied of 10 euro.

I thought that was straight forward using "Taxes and calculation rules", I set up a rule using arithemtic operation "Price modifier after tax per bill", choosen product category "PrddgrpC" entered the value  10 in value. This does not work, it applies the rule for all products in all productgroups.

I really need some help - so hopefully someone in the community can help, please?

Just tried it with below - definitely buggy -

select a category - Power tools
tax per bill
Math op +
value  10

seems to also ignore the category and charges $10 to the bill even if products aren't in Power tools..
