Hello all, I use artisteer to make templates, I am using VM in Joomla 2.5 and I installed the template. every thing looks great, but when i go to the VM shop it messes up the template.

here is the template: http://findtheanykey.com/paysonwireless/
and here is the shop: http://findtheanykey.com/paysonwireless/index.php/shoping

as you can see, it removes the top menu section. and bottom facebook and linkedin links in the footer.

How do i fix this?

Artisteer does not produce a standard Joomla template structure. Most importantly it does not  appear to  make a template with the full default range of Joomla style definitions (css).  Complex components such as VirtueMart rely on a Joomla standard template structure. I'm sure the template system is useful for web development beginners, and for plain HTML sites, but once they start making templates for a system such as Joomla there can be issues.

It may just be that you have not correctly assigned those modules to the VirtueMart menu item in Joomla's module manager.

However, if it is template related note that we do not use Aristeer and unfortunately cannot provide support for the templates. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=108212.0
We know that VM2 displays OK on standard Joomla templates. I suggest you ask on the Artisteer forum about your problems. If you search their forum you will find quite a lot of Artisteer css/js fixes that enable VirtueMart to display correctly.

It is a good idea to use the standard developer tool for examining css and code issues:  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102850.0
