Black Box Issue

I am using Joomla 2.5.8 and Virtuemart 2.018a.  I have the cart setup and everything works fine.  However, when a new user registers, the Registration Complete page comes up over the Step 4 Page with a huge black box and all the Registration information is over the Step 4 text.  I need to get this corrected ASAP as I am ready to go live.
