How can I display the selected value from a userfield on cart page?

Hello,

I'm using VM 2.0.10 - Joomla 2.5.7

I've created a custom userfiled in wich the user can select his city. The concept is that I need to give the day of the shipping based on the city that user selects before he confirms the order, on cart page.
I could do it via javascript. The only thing I cannot manage is to get or display the value of this field on cart page in order to use it to create the java function.

Can please anyone helps me on this? It is about a fish shop and it is really important to make this work...
