Hi,

Joomla! 2.5.8 Stable
Virtue Mart 2.0.16

I used the user under here to describe my problem but any new user I create has this problem.

testuser:
Login Name = VM
pswd = password

If you order something and then click on "TOON WINKELWAGEN" (="SHOW CART") see image 1-2
you have to choose  "Verzendmethode en Betaalmethode" (="shipment & payment") see image 3-4-5

Then I check option "Click here to read terms of service and check the box to accept them."
and click on "Nu afrekenen" (="Check Out Now")

After this is done I get a page where I should complete the billing address information.
I fill in this "billing address" information and click on "Opslaan" (="SAVE") see image 6

After clicking "SAVE" I get the message:
We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order
see image 7-8

I cancel this and I get back to my "Check out" page and see that the chosen shipment is gone ?

If I click on "Select Shipment" I get back the following message:
We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order
If I click "Check Out Now" I also get this message ?

Has someone an idea what is going wrong ?

I have made a second user to test this:
Login Name = VM2
pswd = password2

Sorry for late answer I was on holiday from 28 December til 3 January.
