Remove 'Sort by maunfacturer'

Hi all
Thank you for taking the time to read my question.

I would like to remove the manufacturer's drop-down menu when looking at a list of products in category view.

My company is a manufacturer and I'm attempting to remove any references to 'manufacturer' since there will only be one.

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured out how to remove the Show Manufacturers but i still have it in the sort by option. How did you remove it?
