Order information page problem

Hi there,

I have made a purchase through my site, then I click onto the order information page through the confirmation email. I then see the details of the order, but I noticed a small icon next to the page title (outlined in red in pic)

This then opens a popup as seen in pic with the words "order not found it may have been deleted"

How can I remove this message? Or even better get rid of the icon to the popup?

Probably the order have been deleted or you have some sef issues with your site (check your htaccess file and joomla configuration file for live url)...

In any case as i explained on your previous post please create a template override and remove the icon link for printing the order (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=111185).
