"order anywhere" logic

Hi,

I have someone implementing joomla for an updated website, and I am looking at replacing our shopping cart...therefore the look at VirtueMart.  There are several features in the current cart that I would like to figure out how to implement here .  In the current cart, I have access to "order anywhere" logic.  You see this in other places on the web - often for paypal products, for example, where the link from ordering the product can happen from any page and takes you to the shopping cart.

Each item has a customized link for that item that takes you to the shopping cart.  This would let us stay working in joomla as much as possible for the products and would let us set up the page more easily in the format we would prefer.

I have not been able to figure out if virtuemart allows for this, but I may be using the wrong words so a search is not working for this feature.  Does it exist?
