State / Province / Region does not work vm 2.0.12b

Hello,
in the registration form does not work the field State / Province / Region and the recording can not be fulfilled.
If I click on the field (select) is not compane nothing.
how can I fix this?

I am sorry, I cannot confirm this issue. State and country selection works fine for me. Be aware, that you must select a country with a state FIRST!

ACESEF was causing my state dropdown box not to work (among other things) perhaps try disabling SEF if you have it enabled and see if that helps
