Where is currencydisplay.php? Modify Pricing Display.

I know this is a rather dumb question, but I have been reading posts about modifying the 'currencydisplay.php' file that should be located under 'helpers', but I do not seem to have one under that folder with VM 2.0.12e

I'm trying to follow this tutorial: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=96175.msg316102#msg316102, but I cannot find the 'currencydisplay.php' file under 'helpers'.
