Multiple problems after VM2.0.12b migration

Please help - I've migrated via the auto installer and now have multiple issues with site.

1. Homepage slideshow shows up on all VM check-out pages. Module is selected to show only on homepage. Where can I disable it showing up on check-out pages?

2. Order confirmation button not working - after migration the final check-out process shows empty page / 500 Error.

3. Recommend to friend shows an email icon

4. ' Ask a question about this product' opens pop-up with 'Categories' instead of question fields

5. Custom fields shows 'no extra charge' next to description - previously I was able to delete the 0 in the price field, which deleted the text. But with new version it shows 0.0000 for each field type - and I'm unable to remove the 0 value.

6. Review, ask question about product and rate is not working / showing options to rate / review / ask question about product.

7. Cart - increase qty button not working / showing

Hope the above is all related to one problem or conflict and hopefully someone can help me?!

Are you still in J1.5 or did you migrate VM & Upgrade Joomla too? 
I migrated/upgraded a small store yesterday and so far all seems OK.

I migrated in J.15 first then upgrade to J2.5.
A lot of stuff needed ironing out and settings adjusted, new Joomla template, new VM theme, etc.

For your module position problem i would always suggest using the Advance Module Manager for Nonumber.nl  Free & Pro version

I'm on latest version of Joomla - didnt upgrade Joomla - just the VM via the auto updater.
