When is possible Virtuemart multivendor?

Curious to Virtuemart and the opportunity is to create a site multivenditor I wonder at what point is the testing  of Virtuemart multivendor.
I'm just creating a site where multiple vendors are given the opportunity to sell its products under its own shopping cart and own payment system .Administrator of the site will receive a commission of sales .On line I already bought 2 different extensions but in the end I was not given the result that I had hoped. There is an extension that is Virtemart Vmmultivendor of Normograph but manages payments with points and the component Alphauserpoint. Then there is the component Aceshop  but manages multishop with only a single vendor .
To me it is necessary that each seller can receive direct payments (through paypal most importantly) the sale will be reported to the administrator who will then manually request the seller a percentage of the commission.
I wanted to know if it is provided in such a short implementation for Virtemart
