Setting amount of products in category pagination through joomla template?

I was wondering if I can set the amount of products shown in category view through a joomla template, like setting the list box to 200 if I have 25,50,100,200 in "Set the pagination sequence for the List Box"

I have menu items limited to one specific user, in which a special template is assigned to be viewed with a VM category sections.

It's purpose is to be able to print out a product list, and that person might forget to change the list box to 200 (Which might be highly likely)
