Order email so ugly

Please take a look at the attachement... It is an orderpage from the new VM received in the mailbox (Gmail). Does this look this way in everybody's VM orders? Is this the normal new lay out??? 

I am so sorry to start about this again , but everytime I see it, I am so negatively surprised about the standard lay out of the new VM checkoutpage / order email (what is the right name?). It really rankles within me...

I am really sad that this is dressed up so messy in the new VM, whereas this standard orderpage was in the old VM not highly sophisticated, nothing special, but very neat and very clear, clean & plain for your customer. No more is needed.

The standard lay out in the new VM really is so ugly and messy, it looks so unprofessional towards your customers... Each time I come across it, I ask myself why this is created like this, whereas the old VM standard orderpage was simple but very much OK! I am not good at php so it will cost me a lot of time to fix this into a presentable format, we have no money to ask someone to change this decently...

Of course I am very grateful that VM is for free, I very very much appreciate it. And I know volunteers put a lot of work in it, but... I perhaps must not say this  , but sometimes I ask myself if this is a trick of the VM developers to engage more paid users... So that you will BUY a VM-template???

Hi jelly,

You know that if you don't like the way something looks, you have 100% control to do the work yourself and change the way it looks.

The beauty about VM being free is that you are also free to do what you want with it (without breaking the terms of use).

There's no point complaining about it since there's a tonne of topics on this forum about your exact gripe. Search them, read them, action them.

Thank you for your reply.

However, you are completely missing my point. I just don't understand why this customer UNfriendly lay out has been chosen as a STANDARD. Everything has been improved in the VM2 version, but this has been very much left behind. It would have been nice if the standard lay out was just already simple and neat as in the old VM. With this I think I am not asking for much.

May be it is like "in the old days everything was better..."

i can't do like this coz me experience in php is very low
