How to edit pdf vminvoice ?

Hello,

First When customer receiv by email confirmation of the order, a pdf file was joinded but I can't see all the logo and I don't want to have the picture of shipment ? How to change it ?

And then I have a very small picture of vendor for the invoice , where can I find the files to change it ?
