Update layout quantity box

I have been working om my website and like t make some final layout changes.

The current setup for my quantity box on the front page is quantity with plus and minus buttons above each other on the site (see attached). The setup I would like to achieve is minus button, quantity, plus button, so a horizontal setup.
This afternoon I have been trying for some hours, but to no avail. Can anyone help with a solution?
