Multipe vendors on same site

Hi,
Is it possible to have multiple vendors on the same website? Each vendor will have:

- separate logon
- be able to manage their own catalogue/product list
- a profile page

If possible, I would also like to have different levels of vendors e.g. limit max products number per vendor, and limit the categories in which they can add products.
