Massive product image on browse

I know I clearly did something stupid, but not sure what.....I am just getting to grips with Virtuemart 2.0.6 and everything seems pretty straightforward apart from:

Why is there a massive version of the product image ? I don't want that to appear until someone clicks on the smaller images and the popup appears. Is there anyway to either delete or resize the image to something more useful ?

That image is even bigger than you will need in a popup - reducing the size to around 6-800px wide before uploading is better.

Thanks for that will take a look.

While your feeling like helping idiots hehehehe, for some reason on this template if you add a product to the cart the initial product price kicks way out to the right regardless of what position I put the cart module in (its at the bottom at the moment but does the same in any position). I would normally just change template to sort this but I have to say I love the minimal nature of this template so would like to find a solution if I could.

Turns out it WAS the template causing the problem, I found another that works fine.
