Two issues

Hello I have 2 pretty serious problems. It looks like everything's working except:

1 problem: after "checkout" when I order something I get "warning"
It looks like this, as I understand I shouldn't see those bars and warning above order information. This is confusing.



2 problem: I also spent a lot of time, but I haven't solved it. It's pretty strange. I cannot see base price, I see it only with admin account (logged), though while with simple account or as guest I cannot see it.
